I have been on a year long journey of health and fitness! As with anything we do it has had it's ups and downs! It is a true adventure! I have lost and gained and found true love! I lost 10-15lbs. and gained five through the holidays! I truly love workingout at 4:30 am, that is once my feet actually hit the floor! Getting up and workingout early really sets my day off right. I eat better and actually have more energy on these days. I have discovered a world of clean eating and eating well 4-5 times a day! Consistancy is absolutely the key to successful weight loss . I have some support from my boys most days others not so much. If you want something bad enough you just donor no matter what! I have begin running again after 20 yrs. this had been fun for me! In high school I ran the 100m and 400m hurdles. As well as the 400m.
And I had my try at long jump and high jump as well. Running again brings back so much for me. I hadn't run due to my back and worrying about making it worse. I was diagnosis with scoliosis at a very you g age. I wore a brace sporadically throughout Jr high and HS although it was one of my biggest Fails ever!! Long story! So at some point as I got older after HS a doctor told me to stop running that it was harder on my back than was worth while. Soooo not true IMO. I have not had any pain since my fit journey began and have not seen a chiropractor since seeking tx for 2 seperate rearend accidents in my car.
I have ran 3 5k's and one more to go next week! I will be running for the California Brain Injury Association.
So I will now continue to get in the best shape of my life and will share so of my discovery as I go!
I have big plans!! :) Dreams really!!

I am apart of a 12 week fitness challenge right now with a few friends from HS. It is it is great to join a team of people looking to get healthier and give you support knowing that they are tempted by the same things you are on a daily basis! It is really all about saying No to bad foods and introducing better and healthier choices.

BTW tomarrow is today and yesterday is gone! Next week starts now! Last month left and Jan. first may not wait! If you want to start feeling better and have more energy make one small change now and the rest will slowly follow! You can do it!!!
