I started a Facebook Page dedicated to Fitness and Motivational Info. to help others along the way as well as keep myself moving forward!https://www.facebook.com/Fitgirl76 As with anything getting in Shape is a process and takes time! It is a daily quest to stay focused on our goals and to stay consistent. Diet and excersise are the keys. There is No magic diet or pill. Eat clean, eat regularly, lift weights to help burn fat and boost your metabolism! Have fun! If you aren't having fun you will burn out!🌺
This is another page of my journey and I love the process!

I promised pictures .
Warning!!! I am posting pictures!
It is the easiest way to show the journey from the beginning until now.
I am posting pictures from last March 2012. This is when I decided I wanted to get in the best possible physical shape that I could before I turn 40.
I have maintained a pretty regular workout
schedule, with a little holiday over indulgence from about Nov.- Feb.
I began a 12 week Fitness Challenge Fen. 3rd. I lost the extra 10 lbs I had picked up .
I am concentrating on fatloss and pitting on some muscle.
Muscle helps to naturally burn fat! Yea for muscles!
I am also trying to build my caloric intake.
I have a trainer that has really helped me sort out all the other small changes to help me benefit the most and I am already amazed how just sticking to a set diet and excersise plan have already made such a big difference. I am only 2 weeks in and I have lost inches! I am hoping to do my first physique competition soon. This has become a new goal on my journey to Fab. By 40! So hear goes nothing!
I have been on a year long journey of health and fitness! As with anything we do it has had it's ups and downs! It is a true adventure! I have lost and gained and found true love! I lost 10-15lbs. and gained five through the holidays! I truly love workingout at 4:30 am, that is once my feet actually hit the floor! Getting up and workingout early really sets my day off right. I eat better and actually have more energy on these days. I have discovered a world of clean eating and eating well 4-5 times a day! Consistancy is absolutely the key to successful weight loss . I have some support from my boys most days others not so much. If you want something bad enough you just donor no matter what! I have begin running again after 20 yrs. this had been fun for me! In high school I ran the 100m and 400m hurdles. As well as the 400m.
And I had my try at long jump and high jump as well. Running again brings back so much for me. I hadn't run due to my back and worrying about making it worse. I was diagnosis with scoliosis at a very you g age. I wore a brace sporadically throughout Jr high and HS although it was one of my biggest Fails ever!! Long story! So at some point as I got older after HS a doctor told me to stop running that it was harder on my back than was worth while. Soooo not true IMO. I have not had any pain since my fit journey began and have not seen a chiropractor since seeking tx for 2 seperate rearend accidents in my car.
I have ran 3 5k's and one more to go next week! I will be running for the California Brain Injury Association.
So I will now continue to get in the best shape of my life and will share so of my discovery as I go!
I have big plans!! :) Dreams really!!
Come along if you wish I love having friends to share with and rally behind!
I am apart of a 12 week fitness challenge right now with a few friends from HS. It is it is great to join a team of people looking to get healthier and give you support knowing that they are tempted by the same things you are on a daily basis! It is really all about saying No to bad foods and introducing better and healthier choices.
More to post soon! I will share my before pics from last year and my best pics from last year Andy starting over pics from after the holidays! I will also be posting lots of motivational pictures that have helped me along the way!
Lets rock these bodies cause these are the only ones we got!!
BTW tomarrow is today and yesterday is gone! Next week starts now! Last month left and Jan. first may not wait! If you want to start feeling better and have more energy make one small change now and the rest will slowly follow! You can do it!!!
I had the wonderful opportunity to go to Newport beach and attend a networking event called Real Savvy.Success. I went to Newport to help get motivation and tools to help grow my home based business. I had the opportunity to meet and network with other women who have their own businesses It was an amazing event for me! I learned about the different Social medias and how each one has its own unique way of helping to grow and build a strong team. I was able to meet and hear several very successful speakers that have surpassed the 7 digit mark each year!! I left with a profound understanding of what it takes mentally and internally to be successful! It really begins with belief and self developement and a absolute mindset that You can do this or anything you really want to do in life! Sounds like everything you have always heard, but it is So true!! If you want this to work you must believe. You must start today!! And you must turn your cup right side up and start filling it with knowlege and information!! The more you know the bigger You will grow! And the biggest most profound thing I learned was to stop blaming the world for my lack of success and own up to All my mistakes and start making changes. If Life is ever going to get better, easier, and happier it will never be money!! If takes small changes that create these things we are wanting. I am on a journey to grow in Life.
I have been in the dental field for 17 years. I recently added relationship marketing to my job set. Health+ Wealth= Happiness!
